Chapter 1. Silence
Sometimes, it is enough to simply slow down.
To turn inward.
And to hear — not with your ears, but with something deeper.
Silence is familiar to all of us.
When you watch fire, follow the flow of water, listen to the wind, or gaze into the stars —
thoughts step aside, beyond the veil of Silence.
Inside, a warm, clear stillness arises. Like the surface of a lake before dawn.
Within that stillness, the sense of presence appears.
Without words, without judgment. Simply being.
Feel it.
Observe.
If it has become a little quieter inside — you’ve already entered.
